Flavoured Salt and Saffron

Collected from the salt marshes of Kaloni gulf, by the sea, on the island of Lesvos. The best time to collect it is just after a strong rain, followed by a sunny day. This is a natural sterilisation method. With the addition of the spices it becomes a delicious all-natural addition to all dishes, when freshly ground in a mill.
