Fish giouvetsi

This is another... summer version of the traditional giouvetsi that will impress your guests!
Ingredients
400g fish fillet in pieces
15 prawns, shelled-off
1/4 tea cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 spring onions, finely chopped
2½ tea cups of orzo pasta
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
1lt fish stock or vegetables stock or water
salt
freshly ground pepper
Directions
Warm the oil in a large and deep pan and cook the fish and prawns for 2-3 minutes until they change colour. Add the orzo pasta and get it well coated in oil. Transfer everything in an ovenproof dish, add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes until the orzo gets fluffy.
